When you need to make a part or have material that is just a little larger then what Roland SRP Player will allow on the rotary axis unit you can turn off the safety features of SRP Player software. Once you do this make sure the block you put into the rotary axis unit can still rotate and has clearance for the tool.

If you send a program and the machine tries to cut into an area it can not reach you will see the machine try to go to that area and then lift up to the tool and then skip all data in the area it can not reach then go back to work in the area that can be reached over and over again. It will extend your cutting time and leave you with an incomplete part.
