Nexa3D NXE 400 High Speed 3D Printing System
The Nexa3D NXE-400 3D printer and additive manufacturing workflow delivers the best in print size, print volume, speed and workflow at the lowest cost of ownership, making it ideal for series production and same day on-demand parts and prototypes. The Nexa3D NXE-400 leverages Nexa3D’s proprietary LSPc patented technology and is capable of continuously printing up to 16 liters of parts volume 275 x 155 x 400mm (10.8" x 6.3" x 15.7") at speeds of up to 10mm (3/8") per minute.
NexaX 2.0 Software
Nexa3D’s internally developed NexaX intelligent software connects our 3d printer, materials, and post processing together into a powerful, user friendly system. NexaX 2.0 software optimizes the entire additive production cycle through process algorithms that ensure part performance and production consistency while minimizing material usage and waste.
xClean Washing Solvent
xCLEAN is an effective and environmentally friendly washing solvent that is designed to work consistently with most photopolymer 3D printers and resin systems available on the market. xCLEAN has three times the saturation limit of IPA, meaning less waste and fewer changeovers for additive manufacturers.
xCure Post-Curing System
xCure is a new intelligent post processing curing system for optimal curing of all photoplastic-based parts. xCure is designed to consistently and rapidly unlock the full potential of 3D printed parts at production scale ensuring the delivery of consistent desired mechanical properties, part to part and printer to printer. xCure combines heat and dual wavelength light consistently to post-cure printed parts using a combination of material specific settings and sequences in a controlled chamber.
Nexa3D NXE 400 Materials
Nexa3D materials are tailored to the LSPc process delivering speed, durability and accuracy. Getting the most out of our proprietary LSPc technology requires a unique combination of chemical and physical properties from our resins. By carefully crafting our resins we are able to provide our customers with unprecedented performances making the NEXA3D resins ideal for a wide range of applications ranging from rapid prototyping, jigs and fixtures all the way to low volume high mix manufacturing.

Nexa3D NXE 400 3D Printer Features
Nexa3D NXE 400
With an unprecedented 16L build volume measuring 10.8 in x 6.3 in x 15.7 in (27.5 cm x 15.5 cm x 40 cm), intelligent optimization, and Nexa3D’s revolutionary patented LSPc technology, the NXE 400 is the perfect printer for any application.
2.5X Larger Build Volume
The Nexa3D NXE 400 features more than double the build volume compared to currently available technologies, allowing for much larger parts, higher part throughput, and ultimately lower part cost, all with the higher-resolution pixels (75 µm) and isotropic prints
Manufacturing Ready + Modular Design
In addition to Nexa3D's highly reliable LSPc technology, the Nexa3D NXE 400 is crafted to be completely modular in design for easily interchangeable parts and technology upgrades eliminating hardware obsolescence
Next-Gen Software + Predictive Service
Nexa3D’s internally developed NexaX intelligent software connects our Nexa3D NXE 400 and Nexa3D materials together into a powerful, user friendly system while providing a new era of predictive and prescriptive service. It’s as simple as pressing CRTL+P
Maximize Part Quality and Yield
The Nexa3D NXE 400 is the next scalable manufacturing solution with additional xClean washing and xCure post curing units capable of handling even the largest 16L parts on a single tray making the Nexa3D NXE 400 the most advanced printing solution in its class. The xClean washing and xCure post curing units are also capable of handling both single large prints and a combination of smaller parts with multiple trays to create finished parts in a matter of minutes in what would normally take hours with today’s available technologies reducing labor costs and post processing times
Smart and Connected
Nexa3D software tools, include validated workflows that are coded into our digital thread and include intuitively guided print prep and execution system. Machine learning and vision provide adaptive print process and real-time monitoring for optimal yield and quality. Our validated workflows include material and geometry specific prescribed wash and cure cycles.
Validated Post Process Tools And Processes
x Cure post-curing maximizes Nexa3D NXE 400 material properties, improving parts’ strength and providing consistent mechanical performance. Nexa3D xCure combines heat and dual wavelength light consistently to post-cure printed parts using a combination of material specific prescribed sequences in a controlled chamber. Nexa3D xCure accommodates parts as large as 16 liters in volume and is designed to process the entre print envelope of Nexa3D’s NXE 400 printer. The chamber can accommodate up to three build plates at once and allows parts to cure directly on the build plate or be placed in a basket and cured individually. Nexa3D xCure is equipped with high power LEDs that operate at a dual wavelengths as well as in sequential UV and thermal curing modes. Nexa3D xCure is pre-loaded with validated workflow curing recipes for all approved Nexa3D photoplastic materials. Nexa3D xCure is built to industrial construction and safety standards and operates in three curing modes: UV only, heat only and UV+heat. Nexa3D xCure delivers optimal and effective curing cycles that guaranty consistent mechanical properties and predictable part performance
