How do I return an item?

Our goal is to talk with each customer before the purchase of equipment to make sure it is a good fit for what you want to do with it. That way you do not risk purchasing something that does not work for your intended application. Call us at 866-862-1184x1 before purchasing to reduce this risk.

To understand our Return Policy we want to share some thoughts....
The equipment we sell is expensive to ship (most of its ships freight)
Once the box has been opened it can not be resold as new.
Sometimes we offer free shipping.
As you can see great expense is undertaken on the sell & shipment of equipment.
If we allowed returns we would be unable to recover or losses.

Equipment Return Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable.
All items will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
If an item is delivered damaged then we will work with the manufacturer to replace or send items to repair the damaged item.

Service Parts
All sales are final and nonrefundable.
Parts orders that are back-ordered can not be canceled after agreement by the customer to proceed.
Dead on arrival replacement parts can only be returned if received and installed by a dealer technician.
Make sure you know the part you are buying is what you need if you are unsure call us and speak with us first.
