Formech 300XQ Vacuum Forming Machine

The Formech 300XQ is the world’s leading vacuum forming machine for education, rapid prototyping, and design houses and yet also adaptable to a wide range of applications. Featuring quartz heaters with power saving standby function, digital countdown for consistent cycle times and a 430mm x 280mm (17” x 11”) forming area, Formech’s 300XQ is the most powerful and efficient machine in its class. Furthermore, a host of options are available to meet your exact requirements.

The Formech 300XQ vacuum former is low cost and easy to use vacuum forming machine capable of producing high-definition moldings in materials up to 1/4" (6mm) thickness. With a generous forming area of 17" x 11" and a maximum depth of draw of 7", it provides ample space for various molding projects. The machine easily accommodates sheet sizes up to 18" x 12", allowing for flexibility in material selection and project size.

The Formech 300DT Rolling Cart was specifically designed for the Formech 300DT vacuum former and features castors with locking wheels. Underneath there is space to store plastic material and molds.

The Formech 300XQ 11"x11" and 5"x5" reducing windows reduce the forming area in order to use smaller sheets of plastic when forming a mold or using a tool that is smaller than the forming area of the machine. Formech can also produce a custom size for your specific application.
