The Formech 508FS offers significant advantages over its desktop sibling (508DT), with pre-stretch and auto-level features, and an upgraded vacuum pump for demanding applications. Higher wattage quartz heaters further enhance the versatility.
The 508FS comes with a dry rotary vane pump providing 10m3/h - more than enough for intensive vacuum forming on the machine.
Avoid material sag during the heating cycle with the Auto-Level feature, which maintains an even distance between heater and sheet. An audible alert tells the user the material is ready to form.
Pre-stretch enables the user to pump air under the heated sheet, creating a bubble to avoid thinning of material with deeper tools.
