Thanks to its smart design and low noise emission, the INTAMSYS FUNMAT 610 PRO HT is suitable for both factory and office environments.
Each level of plastics (PLA, engineering plastics, high-performance), INTAMSYS offers corresponding support materials: SP1000 for PLA, SP2000 for engineering plastic (PA, PC+CF, PC ABS etc), and SP5000 for high-performance, functional materials like PEEK, PEKK, PEEK+CF, PEI, PPSU, and more. All of the support materials are soluble or breakaway, so users can achieve smooth support surface. The INTAMSYS Funmat 610 PRO HT also features a heated filament chamber in order to avoid filament moisture absorption during the printing process.
The high-temperature capacity of the INTAMSYS FUNMAT 610 PRO HT allows it to 3D print more than 20 types of functional materials, and is designed for ease-of-use with features such as automatic leveling to ensure tolerances and accuracy, a jam warning to save on wasted time of the printer running uselessly, an absence filament warning for knowing when the filament roll has finished, and power failure recovery to avoid having to start a print over because of a system failure. For the very first time, the INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 610 HT features dual extruders which operate in a large 24" X 20" X 20" (610mm x 508mm x 508mm) allowing for printing support and multiple Functional Materials (PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, ULTEM, ABS, PC and much more). A linear guide and a high-performance oriental motor ensure high speed and high precision.
Regarding the X and Y axis, the movement is directly entrusted to the full metal chassis which provides a solid rigid enclosure for the core internal mechanics. A metal casing with glass windows and a fully insulated chamber help to maintain a consistent printing environment. For improved printing performance, the INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 610 HT has a controlled actively heated chamber (300°C/572°F) and a heated aluminum plate bed (300°C/572°F). This allows for rapid and extremely accurate positioning with noticeable results in terms of resolution and speed of production of materials previously unavailable to the 3D printing community.

The integrated non-conductive touchscreen allows you to control the print even while wearing the hot glove. With the Filament breakage alert, which monitors the filament as it is fed through the hotend and immediately pauses the print if an error occurs, and built-in camera, that allows remote monitoring via an App on your smartphone, you can control all aspects of your model and ensure its efficient production.
The INTAMSUITE software contains everything you need to begin making parts on your new 3D printer. Import and manipulate geometry, repair models, generate G-code instructions, verify tool paths, manually control your machine, and print parts all from the same program. It provides detailed print preview capabilities allowing for a thorough analysis of a model prior to 3D printing. An independent sensor blocks the machine in case of emergency.
