Overview
Intamsys Funmat HT Printer
Designed for professional and industrial users like you, the Intamsys Funmat HT 3D printer is positioned above common 'concept modeling' desktop 3D printers with the intention of allowing engineers and creators access to material types with properties that allow functionality and capability not available before. The Intamsys Funmat HT features a spacious build chamber and 260 x 260 x 260 mm (10.2" X 10.2" X 10.2") build volume. The advanced thermal system comprises a 90°C (194°F) constant temperature chamber, 160°C (320°F) heated build plate, and 450°C (842°F) high-temperature extruder with all-metal hotend. The Funmat HT is capable of printing over 14 types of high-performance and engineering-grade thermoplastics at larger dimensions. Start building large-size and robust production parts in PEEK, ULTEM and, PPSU today on the FUNMAT HT.
Uncompromising Level of Detail
Regarding the X and Y axis, the movement is directly entrusted to the full metal chassis which provides a solid rigid enclosure for the core internal mechanics. A metal casing with glass windows and a fully insulated chamber help to maintain a consistent printing environment. For improved printing performance the FUNMAT HT has a controlled actively heated chamber (90°C/194°F) and an heated aluminium plate bed (160°C/320°F). This allows for rapid and extremely accurate positioning with noticeable results in terms of resolution and speed of production of materials previously unavailable to the 3D printing community.
New All Metal Hot End
It represents the heart of the filament deposition technology. Intamsys has completely redesigned the extruder, to conduct the heat in the exact spot where the material softens, enabling its dissipation throughout the rest of the surface. An innovative design ensures that the filament is channeled directly through the hotend helping to prevent breakage, seepage, and inaccuracy.
Wide Selection of Industry Defined Materials
Intamsys Funmat HT is designed to allow the use of the latest in material technology. With our eight step quality control process and rigorous in-house testing, you can rest assured that your part will work everytime. With options, such as PEEK, the industry standard for metal replacement, with it's high tensile strength and resistance to chemical corrosion, as well as the capability to print in many other high performance materials. Intamsys's ongoing research and development partnership program, focusing on everything from strategic support and advanced materials research, to complex parts design and production, is a partnership program that complements our partners’ in-house capabilities with INTAMSYS’ state-of-the-art research facilities, technologies, and expertise in high-performance functional materials 3D printing.
A Better Eye on Production
The integrated non-conductive touchscreen allows for you to control the print even while wearing the hot glove. With the Filament breakage alert, which monitors the filament as it is fed through the hotend and immediately pauses the print if an error occurs, and built in camera, that allows remote monitoring via an App on your smartphone, you can control all aspects of your model and ensure its efficient production.
Powerful and easy to use software
The Intamsuite software contains everything you need to begin making parts on your new 3D printer. Import and manipulate geometry, repair models, generate G-code instructions, verify tool paths, manually control your machine, and print parts all from the same program. It provides detailed print preview capabilities allowing for a thorough analysis of a model prior to 3D printing.
