Designed for professional and industrial users like you, the INTAMSYS FUNMAT Pro 3D printer is positioned above common 'concept modeling' desktop 3D printers with the intention of allowing engineers and creators access to material types with properties that allow functionality and capability not available before. The INTAMSYS FUNMAT Pro features a spacious build chamber and 17.7" X 17.17" X 20.6" (450 x 450 x 600 mm) in build volume. The advanced thermal system comprises a 140°F (60°C) constant temperature chamber, 248°F (120°C) heated build plate and 536°F (280°C) high-temperature extruder with all-metal hotend. The FUNMAT Pro is capable of printing over 14 types of high-performance and engineering-grade thermoplastics at larger dimensions. Uncompromising Level of Detail
Regarding the X and Y axis, the movement is directly entrusted to the full metal chassis which provides a solid rigid enclosure for the core internal mechanics. A metal casing with glass windows and a fully insulated chamber help to maintain a consistent printing environment. For improved printing performance the FUNMAT PRO has a controlled actively heated chamber (140°F/60°C) and an heated aluminium plate bed (248°F/120°C). This allows for rapid and extremely accurate positioning with noticeable results in terms of resolution and speed of production of materials previously unavailable to the 3D printing community.
New All Metal Hot End
It represents the heart of the filament deposition technology. INTAMSYS has completely redesigned the extruder, to conduct the heat in the exact spot where the material softens, enabling its dissipation throughout the rest of the surface. An innovative design ensures that the filament is channeled directly through the hotend helping to prevent breakage, seepage, and inaccuracy.

A Better Eye on Production
The integrated non-conductive touchscreen allows for you to control the print even while wearing the hot glove. With the Filament breakage alert, which monitors the filament as it is fed through the hotend and immediately pauses the print if an error occurs, and built in camera, that allows remote monitoring via an App on your smartphone, you can control all aspects of your model and ensure its efficient production.
